Our client is a renowned Customer Experience Consultancy with a strong track record of partnering with top brands and high-growth start-ups. They specialise in developing customer-focused strategies, delivering successful customer experiences, and driving innovative initiatives.
As an Experience Design Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in driving customer research and insights, utilizing best practices in brand and experience design to shape strategies for brands, propositions, and multichannel experiences. You'll deeply understand customer needs, motivations, and contexts, optimizing interactions across touch-points to create engaging and meaningful experiences. In addition to hands-on work, you'll provide guidance and support to other experience designers, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and contribute to the consultancy's CX initiatives and market presence.
Is it you?
We're looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in brand strategy, creative design, service design, interaction design, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in both quantitative research methods (surveys, web analytics, A/B testing) and qualitative research methods (interviews, ethnography).
- Strong understanding of customer experience disciplines and designing for omni-channel experiences.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and an innovative mindset.
- Natural storytelling skills and experience in facilitating workshops.
- Fluent in various design processes, methodologies, and deliverables.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of design outputs such as customer journey maps, storyboards, mockups, prototypes, and branding.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools like Adobe CC, Figma, Sketch, InVision, or Framer.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and design sprints.
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience working in fast-paced start-up environments.
- Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and a passion for tackling complex problems.
- Curiosity and a desire to learn new tools and stay up to date with industry trends.
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Bonus + Excellent benefits
