Executive Administrator - B2B Events Venue - London
Salary: £40k + Benefits
We are seeking an experienced, organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrator to join our reputable Events venue. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team and will be the primary point of contact between the executive team and internal and external clients. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, time management skills, and the ability to multi-task.

DNA Recruit is working with a highly reputable Events Venue which seeks to employ an experienced Executive Administrator to join their London-based team to manage and grow a portfolio of exhibition organising companies/events.
Main Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and emails. Maintain and update executive schedules, calendars, and appointments. Prepare and manage event materials and documents. Manage and track event expenses. Monitor and coordinate event logistics. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Develop reports and presentations as required. Assist with research and data analysis Manage office inventory and supplies. Provide administrative support to the executive team.
The Person…
The ideal person will need to have Strong relationship building skill, meetings, Able to act as an executive support to the CEO.
