Events Planner - Media & Graphics - Events - London
Salary: £39k + Benefits
Are you an experienced, proactive and resourceful Events Planner looking to work for an iconic venue in London? Do you have experience in digital and non digital Media solutions? If you've answered yes to both, then we definitely want to hear from you!
DNA Recruit is working with an iconic London Venue and landmark who welcome millions of visitors each and every year, holding thousands of visitors at any given event, thus requiring a highly organised, strategic and problem solving Event Planner to plan/project manage production and installation processes of all media and graphics.
Main Responsibilities:
Drive the project management process and maximise revenue where possible to ensure media projects are delivered successfully and to deadlines.
Maintaining existing client relationships as well as generating new business opportunities for the venue, along with ensuring continuous customer care and exceptional service. The role is responsible for managing all media requirements and agreeing organiser signage requirements on designated events and will act as their main sales contact in these cases.
Maintain a record of images of all installed branding, create signage schedules and agree artwork deadlines with appropriate suppliers and monitor delivery of artwork for shows within appropriate timelines. Ensure budgets are kept in line with forecasts, updating the event forecast weekly and monthly.
The Person…
The ideal person will have strong numerical competence to handle budgets and be able to formulate reports.
Strong negotiation skills, drive, energy and persistence will be excellent traits to have in this position, with the ability to effectively communicate and deal with stakeholders, clients and staff at all levels.
