DNA Recruit have partnered up with a next generation multi award winning fintech lender who are looking for an experienced Director / Leader of Product Design to join and grow a collaborative product design team.

As a hands-on Director / Lead Product Designer, you will be involved in end-to-end design lifecycle from creating interactive prototypes to creating innovative visual designs. You will be able to leave your mark on their SaaS platform that focuses on building deeper relationships between banks and their clients.

Do you have:

• 4+ years of experience building consumer or enterprise software applications
• Interest in mentoring other product designers
• Functional visual design or interface design structure knowledge.
• Ability to create innovative interactive prototypes.
• Experience working within a diverse team.
• Proactive approach to user research and data that drive design decisions.

You are:

• Excited about collaborating with a diverse team based internationally.
• Ability to manage a team as well as engage in hands on interactive collaboration on projects.
• Able to guide other team members to reach their full potential.
