DNA is working with an employer brand agency and world-leading recruitment marketing platform, a multi-award-winning global agency that builds employer brands but also the technology that fuels them.

They are now looking for a Media Strategist to work across all media channels, with particular expertise in digital media - including programmatic - to work closely with high-profile clients and deliver impressive ROI-focused media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead media strategy and analytics for clients across Europe
  • Develop / drive brand activation strategies leveraging omnichannel media
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert on programmatic advertising, specifically within the agency's bespoke recruitment tech platform
  • Manage direct reports and help them to develop
  • Pinpoint new digital and technology trends to suit new and existing clients - and then help to bring them to life
  • Play an important role in new business pitches
  • Keep an eye on financial performance to ensure it's beneficial for clients and the agency

Is this you?

You'll have agency- or media-side senior media strategy experience, working on omnichannel campaigns but with particular focus on - and passion for - digital including programmatic advertising.

Other skills required:

  • Experience managing and delivering large scale digital/tech strategies and projects
  • Excellent relationship manager, with clients as well as internal teams
  • Internal and external stakeholder management experience, ideally with global clients
  • Ideally agency-side employer brand / recruitment marketing experience
  • Experience managing media budgets
  • A savvy media thinker (and doer)
  • Proven ability to manage direct reports
  • New business and pitch presentation experience
