DNA Recruit are working with an international global events group who work with clients in over 30 countries who work with businesses and professionals in specialists markets and provide the connections, intelligence and opportunities that help their customers grow. Their ability to attract the right people and curate the physical space to provide a memorable experience is what they are best at and it brings thousands of like-minded people together. By creating global platforms for industries, specialist markets and customers to trade, innovate and grow, our client is able to deliver over 550 events annually.

The Digital Media Account Manger will be responsible for the ownership of the overall digital sales target and build strong internal relationships with brand, content, marketing and digital teams. Other responsibilities of the role include:

  • Work to sales targets across multiple products and revenue streams.
  • Develop sales strategy, including week by week sales plan per product, with marketing, content, event and digital teams.
  • Increase yields from current accounts as well as approaching and attracting new customers to our products.
  • Test and optimise sales tactics to maintain and grow key accounts as well as drive new business.
  • Leverage existing resources and client relationships.
  • Work with brand leadership to identify growth opportunities and flag risks.
  • Develop digital and lead generation proposals that meet customer objectives and budget.
  • Constantly identify high-value segments and customers, whose target audience matches our product.
  • Collaboration with marketing to identify needs to grow leads pipeline.

Is it you?

  • Demonstrable self-motivator experience, including working to targets.
  • Established career in B2B media and/or digital sales.
  • Proven track record of delivering strong sales growth while consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Evidence of a consultative selling style and knowledge of cutting edge digital and content marketing products
  • Identifying new product and target market prospects to secure high value new business.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sales strategy, process and KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, written communication and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking skill and sound decision making. Demonstrated ability to solve real-life problems.
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience, including lead pipeline, dashboard reporting and opportunity management.
  • Solution oriented approach and management of employees, customers and with colleagues.

Salary: £40-£45K
