DNA Recruit are delighted to be partnered with a Digital creative experience agency, based out of Dubai and LA, who deliver strategic consultancy, live brand experience, film and creative services delivering business growth and award winning campaigns for some of the world's most recognisable brands and are part of an independent global network across more than 50 cities in Europe, North and Latin America, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, and form a collection of world class multi-disciplinary agencies and business partners with an unmatched global footprint.

The Digital Director will lead the agency's next phase of growth which is bursting with enthusiasm to develop internally and ready to consultant support client portfolios, and work alongside the Creative Director and lead the Digital Strategist in the digital journey from ideation and concept sell in and the development through to execution. The Digital Director will also be working alongside the New Business Development and Client Servicing teams to build on opportunities with new and existing clients in creative and executing briefs. The Digital Director will also be responsible for the management and development of the Digital Strategist, their reviews and performance management and also ensure that the team has all the resources required to achieve their best work, and keeping heads of department aware of current projects that the team is working on and manage workload. Some of the other day to day responsibilities of the role of the Digital Director include:

  • Support the creative department and better the understanding of digital concepts for existing and new business whilst executing concepts that support client objectives
  • Create video graphics and additional creative assets that coordinate with the creative team
  • Stay up to date with online media and evolving platforms
  • Think of campaigns from a 360 approach online, offline, and digital
  • Inspire and embrace challenges that enable new ways of thinking internally and externally
  • Guide the wider agency on existing and future platforms

Is it you?

The Digital Director brings with them their experience and knowledge working in a similar digital department within a similar setting (agency), is eager to learn new ways of working, and has a willingness to constantly develop and build on the understating of the digital sphere; have experience using Adobe Creative Suite and in UI/UX.

Salary: £75K
