DNA is working exclusively with an international agency made up of strategists, creators and technologists who deliver positive outcomes for brands by creating purposeful work. They are experts at creating strategies, brands and campaigns across investment, insurance and financial services, and have built a team brimming with smart, dedicate and honest people.

They are growing fast, and are now looking for a midweight Digital Designer to take the creative lead on campaigns.

As Digital Designer, you'll have a real talent for creative concepts, design trends and beautifully-crafted expression. You'll take the initiative with big-name client briefs, and deliver campaigns within brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating innovative digital user environments, designing stunning websites and digital ad campaigns, all built on a solid understanding of UX/UI best practice as well as strong visual design
  • Working collaboratively with the account management, studio, and digital teams to ensure projects are created to an exceptional level
  • Supporting Head of Design in the day to day running of the creative department
  • Creating new brand and guidelines, as well as adhering to existing client ones, creating brand consistency and best practice in design
  • Generating ideas and developing award-winning creative work

Is this you?

You'll have strong digital-first design experience, ideally working agency-side for financial services / corporate sector / B2B clients.

Other skills required:

  • Digital creative thinking and expression, including strong UI skills and an understanding of UX and IA
  • A strong visual portfolio focused on digital experience and communications across all touchpoints
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - including InDesign, Photoshop and XD
  • Brand design experience
  • Traditional print experience that can be comfortably applied to digital
  • Confident presenting creative ideas to internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ideally Powerpoint, After Effects and Premier experience
