Our client is looking to hire a DevOps Manager whose role it is to provide a high quality infrastructure and investigating new technologies to improve current product and platform offerings and build new product and platform offerings. The DevOps Manager will be responsible for setting a high bar for quality, technical excellence and architectural integrity, and ensuring that the team has clear goals and an environment where they can produce their best work. The role will be to support the software organisation in adopting a platform strategy at the infrastructure level and leading technology excellence by building technical and professional competencies in the team.

Is it you?

The DevOps Manager Engineer must have at least 5+ years experience within a DevOps / software infrastructure role, with hands-on experience in handling Linux and Windows systems, and AWS Azure or other IaaS provider. They have a proven track record of designing, implementing and maintaining production environments, and the ability to think abstractly and design large systems, as well as good understanding of DevOps and IaC practices. They must be an excellent problem solver, with the ability to work cross functionally and cross-site, and able to demonstrate ability to deliver results.

Our client is open to remote working, but that you are able to travel to the head office on request. Hybrid working is available for those based near to the head office in Cambridgeshire.

Salary: £95k - £100k Salary 12.5% Bonus + ESPP + Great benefits + Hybrid/Fully remote environment
