DNA are working with a global BI and events organisation who specialise in helping businesses grow through valuable information and ideas, via publications, events, training and marketing intelligence and are experts in their field.

The main role of the Data Marketing Executive is working with marketers to drive and empower customer communication through data segmentation and database health. The Data Marketing Executive must love data, but also love connecting with their colleagues, to help them understand their goals as well as their customer outcomes and to be able to speak their language, ensuring the right data is helping the customer's behaviour and marketing is successful - in a nutshell the Data Marketing Executive's role is to drive impactful customer engagement and experience through the build and optimisation of the right data. This is a hybrid role, and some of your daily roles and responsibilities are to:

• Create the plan for improving processes and data flow
• Work with Marketing to create prioritised data enhancement plans
• Work with Data and Technology colleagues to implement agreed improvements
• Train Marketers to self serve data segments and create their own segmentation through easy to understand processes and data structures
• Drive and deliver data improvement projects, working with external suppliers, to achieve the data coverage and standards agreed
• Define and document customer data goals in collaboration with Marketing
• Audit the current data landscape and data processes
• Flag data flow and tracking issues and work with internal teams to trouble-shoot and implement solutions

Is it you?

As Data Marketing Executive you must have at least 5+ years of experience in a similar role, and comfortable working independently and in a fast paced environment. You work well with managing multiple activities and making the complex simple, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You have a proven track record in presenting plans and impact of work completed to your group, and experience of setting and delivering against data quality goals, tracking and reporting on Data quality KPIs and goals. Experience with marketing automation platforms (preferably Eloqua), and basic data manipulation tools (excel & Alteryx) as well as reporting/analytics tools (Tableau or Domo) would be an desired but not essential.


Salary: £32K to £38K plus benefits
