Description

DNA Recruit working with a fast-growing SaaS company who have built a Cloud based platform to provide solutions for businesses in the retail, travel, and financial services markets. They have an international team working remotely based in the UK and Europe.

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to assist with project coordination for customers managed by the VP of Customer Success who is the direct line report to this role. As a Customer Success Executive your duties are split between relate to answering client queries, onboarding new customers, coordinating with internal (mostly technical) team members, and pushing the growth strategy as set by the management team.

Responsibilities include:

  • You will manage a portfolio of customers and grow the relationships as well as implementing growth strategies.
  • You will identity opportunities within existing customers business to expand the partnerships.
  • You will ensure the teams deliver for customers, based on agreed KPI's
  • You will update notion boards and maintain their CRM with customer details.
  • You will ensure customer queries and handled and that urgent matters are escalated.
  • You compile customer data, input forecast trajectory, and prepare stats for presentations.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with growing customer accounts and Automation products (highly desirable)
  • Knowledge on customer onboarding or implementation.

You must have very good level of English (spoken and written) and previous experience in a customer facing role in a process driven environment - This role would be ideal for someone coming from a junior sales or account management role, ideally in technology but you could also come from marketing or services. There will be opportunities to develop and learn in a start-up environment.
