DNA Recruit is working with an International Media and Events business which seeks to employ an experienced, highly organized and data proficient Customer Service Manager to join their London team. This is a permanent position offering a hybrid working model of 2 days per week in office and 3 days at home.


Main Responsibilities:
Key focal points in the role include, but are not limited to; all inbound and outbound communications with registered event attendees, dealing with high volume online event ticket orders, using a CRM to ensure all attendees are recorded correctly, maintaining the event delegate lists, handling all online book orders by inputting the information correctly onto the CRM.

Work closely with the Events Logistics team to build the event networking app - import of attendees, reminder to log in emails, uploading new attendees weekly, dealing with app queries. Working onsite at events, assisting with registration of attendees.

Liaise closely with the credit control department to ensure processing of invoices and accurate post-conference breakdown of delegate numbers and revenues.

The Person…
The Customer Service Manager will need to have a minimum of 2 years experience working within a B2B Conference/Events industry.

You will need to be tech savvy, having advanced Microsoft office skills, good CRM knowledge and data entry skills
