Customer Service Manager - e-commerce - Leighton Buzzard

DNA Recruit is working with a well established E-commerce business with offices based in Leighton Buzzard, which is looking for a friendly, highly organized Customer Service Manager to join their team on a permanent, fulltime basis.
Implementing new systems into the Customer Service Department, managing a team of 5-15 people to ensure that incoming emails and calls from the UK and Europe are dealt with accordingly whilst provide world class service and support.
Handle all correspondence regarding products, logistics and orders to the highest possible standards.
A minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service role is essential.
Customer focused, process driven and resourceful, with the ability to manage staff and deal with a wide range of customers, escalating complaints where necessary.
E-commerce experience with Shopify, eBay and Amazon is preferred.
