DNA have recently partnered up with one of the world's largest sports betting and gaming groups to find a Creative Producer to join their specialist in house creative agency with their brands to create world class advertising campaigns to be seen across 5 continents and in more than 20 countries.

I'm looking for someone with a strong knowledge and understanding of integrated production processes across print, digital, video, TV, radio, and OOH channels. Related experience at a relevant level of delivery in agency or corporate setting is NOT negotiable! You must be a thought leader able to influence the development of a first-class delivery service and supporting the pragmatic delivery of client and agency projects.

Above all you mist have a passion and knowledge for all forms of creativity within a variety of production medias, a creative vision and attitude that can help aid the creative process, adding value and ideas and pushing to maintain the strong agency creative output.

• Working closely with the Global Head of Creative to write detailed briefs (where necessary), create treatments/pitches, scope out, schedule and deliver ATL/TTL projects of various sizes and complexities
• Managing and directing creative teams in the development and delivery of creative projects
• Working alongside the Studio Manager to manage resource for in-house projects and ensure best possible talent is assigned to each project
• Managing and leading all creative meetings/presentations for stakeholder on your projects
• Driving up and then marinating quality standards across the delivery and production of all work in collaboration with the Studio Manager and Global Head of Creative
• Manage and motivate project teams to help troubleshoot across all projects, always leading by example
• Encourage and facilitate collaboration both across the wider delivery team and Group as a whole
