Creative Director

Fantastic NEW Opportunity!

London Based/Hybrid

Creative Director - £100K

Are you someone who's able to spot a great idea from fifty paces? Someone who has great ideas of your own. Someone who knows what a big idea is, how to articulate it, bring it to life in multiple touch points, and sell it with great passion and aplomb. Are you just as good with tactical executions and great content?

Our client is an independent, award-winning creative agency, currently this team of 50 (not including the dogs) are looking for a Creative Director who wants to be part of and help drive the growth. These are exciting times, and this role will be smack bang in the middle of the excitement.

They're 70% female with a 50/50 gender split on the senior team and proud to say have 100% pay parity. Keen to diversify their senior team even further they will consider people with transferable skills, such as art direction, writing, film making and other forms of storytelling.

They're an agile, fast-paced, and hands-on agency - and they work best with others that take the same approach. Art or copy? They have no preference, but as a leader, you'll need to be well-rounded.

As the Creative Director, you'll have a role in the development and quality of output of the creative team (currently 10 strong). They're a fantastically varied and motivated team, growing in skill all the time. You'll inspire them to continue doing good work and to up their game. And you'll play an active role in their career development, goal setting and engagement. You'll be well-versed in giving clear and useful creative feedback, but you'll also roll up your sleeves and lead from the front.

In return you will be entitled to some fantastic perks which include:

  • Being part of something special - this is an exciting growing agency with no board of directors, or shareholders to report to.
  • Opportunity to opt into their Health Insurance
  • Life assurance and Income Protection
  • Enhanced Maternity/Paternity policy
  • Hybrid working
  • The ability to stamp your mark on an organisation - not just be a cog in the machine
  • Free snacks and coffee (when you're in the office)
  • Regular breakfasts with the whole team (ditto)
  • Seasonal company parties
  • Annual personal development plan and training budget for your own growth
  • The love of seven rotating office dogs
  • A yes work's important, but let's not get too serious vibe
  • A distinct lack of bureaucracy or politics
  • Ownership over your own projects whilst enjoying an inclusive environment

If this opportunity has piqued your interest and you'd like to find out more then please get in touch. *You will need a portfolio of work that showcases your previous experience so ensure that you add it to your application.
