Leading network agency part of one of the biggest award winning international groups - originally driven by Digital, Shopper, Experiential, Relationship, Promotional & Trade marketing, they now work across the full TTL spectrum.

This business is growing quickly and this is a new position, taking charge of the Creative Process for the agency.

It's a huge opportunity to join a growing agency business at a senior level working on some of the coolest brands in the market.


The Role

This hire will lead an existing team, develop & mentor. You will be expected to lead and inspire this team.

Defining, improving and continually evolving the creative processes within the Creative Director role. FMCG or Retail experience is preferred.

Work collaboratively - recognising the value and responsibility of working in a team and seek to maintain and build effective relationships internally & externally.

Working across ATL/BTL, across Packaging design, comms visuals, digital comm, activation guidelines and regional tool kits.

Have a 'can do' attitude & have passion for creating great campaigns for clients.

Is it you?

The successful candidate will have extensive and proven experience working at Creative Director level for a leading Branding, Advertising, Creative or Digital Agency.

Have outstanding Creative Direction talent, foster good client relations and contribute to the agencies overall reputation.
