Creative Director - Creative agency - London - In-house
Are you an experienced and skilled Creative Director looking to have a pivotal role in a creative agency; delivering outstanding content, inspiring an existing creative team, managing and overseeing all outputs and networking with high-profile clients?
We are excited to partner with a forward-thinking creative communications agency that values its employee's expertise and promotes a collaborative working culture. They specialise in producing cutting-edge social, digital, print, campaign and experiential content for the food & drink, hospitality, luxury and lifestyle sectors. They are seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead all the creative outputs for the agency, and operate at board level to ensure stand-out content is met.
As Creative Director, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and growing trusted client relationships
- Creating stand-out creative output across multiple clients, channels and touch points.
- To inspire brilliant ideas and deliver strategically sound, beautiful
compelling creative work - Mentoring an existing team of creatives
- Be the leader of the business's creative practice
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Excellent leadership skills with an ability to motivate and inspire
both clients and internal teams - Exceptional story-teller and conceptual innovator
- A broad range of experience across a range of industries and principles
- Has a real burning passion for the craft and creative work

Salary: £85,000 - £100,000 + share options & benefits!
