Our client a creative agency based in Dubai and specialising in finding, influencing, and selling to modern - affluent consumers is seeking to a Creative Director to lead from the front. They plan, develop, and create integrated campaigns across all consumer channels and prides themselves on their 'real world' creative thinking, using customer and business insight to fuel creativity and ensure a right-first-time approach.

This opportunity is for an energetic and self-motivated creative thinker to join the team and they're looking for an open-minded Creative Director to help develop brand and communications content that are not tied to channels or tradition. The Creative Director, is an integral part the agency, not a role that sits in isolation. Working collaboratively with all disciplines in the agency, the role will be as varied and unexpected as any.

You will

• be joining a multi-disciplinary team, led by the Group Account Directorand be responsible for championing creativity for their clients as part of a collaborative team.
• need an endless energy for understanding everything about the customer (currentand future), client, their business, the industry in which they exist and culture ingeneral

Skills Needed

• 10 years' experience in creative marketing and communicationsagencies, with the majority being spent working across digital channel
• Proven experience of delivering innovative campaigns across channel
• A rich and varied creative portfolio of work
• Excellent communication skills and a nurturing nature
• Passionate about consumer behaviour and their motivations
• Inspired by a changing world of channel usage and understanding of creative communications
• Proactive in searching out new communications channels and tactics for reaching consumers
• Ideally experience in film, CGI and photography production, with automotive experience and background
