DNA is working exclusively with an international agency that delivers positive outcomes for brands by creating purposeful work. They are experts at creating strategies, brands and campaigns across investment, insurance and financial services, and have built a team brimming with smart, dedicate and honest people.

They are growing fast, and are urgently looking for an immediately available Social Media Content Manager to ensure B2B content engagement is delivered for international clients across multiple platforms.

This role is for an initial fixed term contract, but is likely to become a permanent position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the effectiveness of social media campaigns
  • Managing and administering projects on a day-to-day basis, working across multiple Social Media Management platforms and tools, including Sprinklr and monday.com
  • Maintaining social media calendars and publishing content across multiple social media platforms
  • Liaising with, and acting as the link between, clients and the agency by maintaining regular and proactive contact, ensuring communication flows effectively
  • Managing and informing clients and agency team members about the details of social media campaigns
  • Managing budgets, campaign costs and client invoicing
  • Utilising data and analytics to positively enhance client knowledge of campaign successes

Is this you?

Though experience of working as a content manager would be advantageous, what's more important is strong organisation skills and content diary management, as well as the ability to ensure content and campaigns are delivered across platforms on time, to a high standard and within budget.

Other skills required:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Comfortable responding quickly and effectively to multiple clients
  • Strong writing skills
  • An eye for detail and accuracy
  • Ideally experience using platforms such as or similar to Monday.com and Sprinklr

£Competitive day rate / c£35k pro rata salary
