Posting - There are numerous posts each day across social channels and you will be expected to schedule these as and when required, along with maintaining a content calendar.

Content Creating/Gathering - The agency have dedicated creative teams who create the majority of the creative work for the channels and also scope for the community managers to help source and create some also.

Engagement - One of your jobs will be to search out, report and act upon on any potential engagement opportunities for the brand.

Trend Watching - The world of social media is always evolving from trending topics, to new formats of social post, to brand new social channels. One of your jobs will be to keep track of this ever changing landscape and keep the rest of the team up to date.

Reporting - They produce weekly, monthly and post-campaign reports and you will have a hand in producing all three. Some will be all down to you whilst others will be in conjunction with our planning and analytics team.

The social team is one of the most dynamic within the agency and has a role in nearly all of campaigns, big or small. This allows for exposure and involvement in a lot of great work.

You will be partnered with another community manager, working closely with them as well as the wider team.
