CMS Content Scheduler - Digital Signage/Events - London

DNA Recruit is working with an iconic London Venue and landmark who welcome millions of visitors each and every year who are looking for a tech savvy, problem solving CMS Content Scheduler to lead on the development of their content model and support the development of digital signage, advertising and branding opportunities in and around the venue.
The suitable candidate will need to have strong experience in CMS management, digital signage, technical knowledge and project management skills.
Main Responsibilities:
The role will cover project management including development of project briefs, timelines, providing regular status updates with stakeholders and internal teams, as well as contributing to screen design and development of templates and projects.
Monitor data integration within the CMS and liaise with the relevant team to troubleshoot any issues. Respond to and troubleshoot and issues within the CMS and/or how content is displaying across all venue digital platforms.
The CMS Content Scheduler will operate as an integral part of the larger team, acting as the bridge between multiple Divisions to ensure synergy and that all actions are carried out.
The Person…
The ideal person will have strong communication skills with the highest standard of written and verbal English, with the ability to problem solve and communicate effectively with various level stakeholders.
An Undergraduate Degree or equivalent will be required with strong experience of working with a Digital Signage CMS, the same as, or similar to Ungerboeck.
Broad and extensive experience is required in delivering content outputs and creative delivery for events, working under tight deadlines, across multiple projects within an agile environment.
Overall the team is looking for someone dedicated to their work, with a lovely and easy going personality who enjoys working in an office environment, with the ability to be adaptable to change.
