DNA Recruit are working with an independent Integrated Agency who have made a reputation for themselves over the last 7 years as the UK's most effective brand activation agency by winning more IPM awards than any other agency, and they are growing at a pace.

The Client Services Director will be joining a successful, fast-growing agency and a talented senior leadership team which you will be an integral part of.

The role of Client Services Director will be to oversee the work and the on-going personal development of the entire Manchester based account handling team (25 people) to deliver excellent work for their clients. The Client Services Director will own the most senior client relationships which you will leverage to proactively build revenue for the agency and from day one you will have targets based on delivering more for them year on year. Your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Manage, develop and grow the business of all their Manchester-based clients and to use your own experience in leading the team to help their clients win their battles.
• Manage, develop and grow their client relationships by adding more value to help hit their own ambitious revenue targets.
• Create, develop and embed the agency's systems to help be the best in the world.
• Develop a measurable client review programme to help them achieve their company vision.

Is it you?

The Client Services Director must have a superb understanding of FMCG brands and especially the grocery sector and you must have an understanding of the P2P for these types of brands. You will have experience of executing within all the main retailers and know what works for shoppers in each channel and just as importantly what doesn't. You must be able to demonstrate your passion for this sector and what you do to keep your skills and knowledge up to date.
