This independent Creative Agency is in the midst of re-positioning and growing to offer its clients more integrated work. Their team, based in the UK and Ireland, are offer their clients, large and small companies, their specialisms in retail and shopper. Their reputation as an independent agency of their size has won some very large clients against arguably more qualified competitors, which they put down to the entrepreneurial spirit that comes with their independence, to look and act like a bigger business but keeping the family feel and culture of the agency.
The appointment of a Client Services Director follows a period of reflection by our client who acknowledged areas for development within the agency. Account Management within the London office. The Client Services Director, who will be reporting to the MD and sit on the Senior Management Team along with seven other directors, will be managing the London AM team - 2 GADs, 2 Ad's and 3 AM / SAMS and play a part in its growth. Is it you?
The Client Services Director must have both large and small agency experience and be familiar with the foibles of both. He or she will display gravitas and is a likeable type character, whilst driving results. You must be commercial, responsible, accountable and driven and work with the SMT, clients and team members. You are hard working and you must enjoy what you do, are down to earth and candid. Someone who is in it for the long term, who can contribute to and share the agency's ongoing success.
Salary: up to £120K, dependent on experience, plus 26 days holiday, phone / broadband, family health insurance after a year
