Client Services Director - creative technology / product marketing : digital agency - London

DNA Recruit has partnered up with one of the UK's biggest disruptor agencies that build digital products which enables their clients to have an unfair competitive advantage. We are on the hunt for a dynamic and highly driven individual who can act as part of the leadership team and report into the CEO and ultimately become MD of the U.K. agency in time.

As a CSD you will be responsible for building new business relationships and growing existing relationships. The role is focused on client and account management for data, digital communications, and service design management.

You will be responsible for:

  • Act as the main contact person to clients and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Build on existing client satisfaction, engagement, and relationships.
  • Identify new opportunities at existing clients to optimise account growth.
  • Drive client account strategic directions and tone.
  • Immerse yourself in the agencies core competencies and specialties to stay ahead of the market
  • Promote quality of service through tracking and reporting of team performance
  • Collaborate with client procurement teams on competitive rate cards and contracts
  • Identify innovative ways of contributing to the overall agency to increase profitability
  • Mentor junior team members and attract, retain, and develop internal talent.
  • Create weekly/Monthly board meeting reports.
  • Track employee development and review hiring in the Client services vertical.
  • Collaborate with all agency departments and foster good relationships.

We are looking for someone who are:

  • Committed to company values and have experience with client relationship management
  • Ability to grow and nurture key technical accounts
  • Proactive in leading team meetings and studio briefs in a fast-paced tech and creative industry
  • Articulate and able to understand business challenges and create solutions specific to client needs.
