Are you a Client Services Director with extensive experience of managing big budget live experiential campaigns? If so, I would love to hear from you!

DNA are pleased to be working with this Brand Experience agency who are helping brands become more powerful by connecting them with their customers through engaging, memorable and shareable experiences.

The Client Service Director is the primary interface between our clients and the agency. However, in your role you must not be seen as simply a messenger. You must have a deep understanding of the client's business in both a micro and macro sense and develop strong relationships with key members of the client team. With this knowledge, insight and interpersonal skills the Client Service Director can ensure that the agency puts forward proposals that are relevant to the client's business challenges and then makes sure they are delivered to the highest standard by the agency team.

The person…

As the Client Service Director will have extensive experiential experience within various agencies and will either be currently in the same role or looking to take that next step within your career. You will also be:

  • Passionate, with a keen interest and good understanding of the industry
  • People person and team player with an ability to develop relationships at all levels
  • Creditable, and be able to reflect the agency's values in attitude and behaviour towards colleagues, clients and alike
  • Enthusiastic and positive with a real desire to drive things forward
  • Ability to put the Agency first and to take a long-term perspective on Client/Agency relationships
  • Be able to challenge thinking at all levels with diplomacy and insight
  • Trustworthy, reliable, confident and mature in dealings with clients, people and issues
  • Stimulating and challenging to work with

Is it You?

  • Minimum 5 years' experience at an events or experiential specialist agency
  • Strategic thinker
  • Good leadership, motivational and people management skills
  • Sound business judgement and financial/resource planning
  • Develop and work on new business
  • Project / Event Management experience in the field essential

Salary: £100K
