DNA Recruit are on the hunt for a Chief Technical Officer with global advertising agency experience or a leading global tech platform

This new opening for our client is setting up a new technical function and as such will require a Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to head up and grow the team. You will be a key hire who will provide technical leadership and training for the rest of the agency, to join and identify new areas of digital marketing opportunities and create plans to implement them for their clients and agency alike.
As the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) you will be responsible for consolidating internal functions such as Data analytics, Platform business, Media tech and tech solutions building a new marketing solution and business model. The global CTO will represent the technological agenda in staff meetings, maintain current knowledge of technology landscape and developments, and take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity.
Is it you?
The (CTO) Chief Technical Director will bring at least 15 years (min) experience to the agency, and their experience in leading organisational digital transformation and who is media tech and digital media savvy. Our client will consider Technical Directors or New Marketing Solution Developers with experience within IT companies. The CTO will have a Software Engineer or IT Technical Engineer's background with an organised and creative mindset which drives you to find innovative solutions to common problems, as well as deep understanding on marketing platform and data analytics.
If you are a Korean speaker and have built your career outside of South Korea (America : Europe : Asia) and been working for either client organisations, leading global network agencies or even Tech platforms this is ideal, however our client if very happy to interview anyone from any location who is at the top of their game and excited about a huge challenge that exists...
Salary: up to £400K plus bonus, benefits, relocation package, education package (all dependent on experience)
