Our client is an independent agency based in London who specialise in marcoms in brand, content, experiential and social, helping brands connect on a more human level. Their approach is helping brands grow by thinking differently about people, brands, and marketing, tapping into the new relationships people have with brands, and focus on behaviours.
The role of the Business Director is to lead an experiential team into their next growth phase and selling the agency’s products and IP to existing clients. They must lead and drive the agency’s experiential proposition and ensure they are driving growth from its specialisms and are continue to drive thought leadership within this specialism. The work undertaken with their existing client portfolios is integrated with a bias towards experiential, so it is essential that the Business Director has a primary background in experiential. Reporting to the Managing Director who works closely with other Managing Partners, you will be working with SAD, AM and will maximise engagement and support across the agency from planning and social teams.
Is it you?
The Business Director must have a primary background in experiential and have been in a similar role with similar responsibilities – could be GAD or SAD - and have a good understanding of integrated marketing and working across retail/FMCG clients. As Business Director you bring with you a hunger and passion to grow in your career and help others do the same.

Salary: £80K plus bonus & benefits
