DNA Recruit is working with a leading Global Exhibitions and Conference organiser who are looking to recruit an exceptional Business Development Manager. If you've got what it takes to manage a large scale IT portfolio within a niche market, then this could be the opportunity for you!
This is an incredible organisation are a leading global exhibitions, events and media business based in stunning offices in Central London. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating and securing sponsorship and exhibition revenues in line with the portfolio needs and personal targets, building and maintaining a strong a forecasted pipeline of opportunities for a leading events portfolio within the IT (Information Technology) management markets.
Generating new business and managing key accounts within the IT (Information Technology) sector is the key to being successful in this role, providing a truly consultative, strategic and needs based selling solution for a variety of clients and sponsors across this market.
A solid background in Sponsorship & Exhibition sales at a consultative level is essential for this role in order to engage with senior level stakeholders, whilst having a highly professional, yet charismatic demeanour. Demonstrable experience/track record performing in a business development/key account management role in a IT solutions-based B2B environment.
Passionate about Technology and able to provide a broad spectrum of advice on IoT, Enterprise IT and AI (Artificial Intelligence) will be hugely beneficial.
