DNA Recruit are currently working with a leading global live events business on a number of business development manager roles across sectors such as Tech, Manufacturing, Telco, Entertainment and more.

The Business Development Manager will be tasked with generating new business opportunities by identifying sales leads, discussing live events, digital marketing services and further multi-product solutions with new customers and building key business relationships with new contacts.

This is a truly new business hunter position working across exhibitions, conferences, digital media and other associated services and will be working as part of an incredible leading global organisation within this field. Candidates with a strong exhibition or conference sales background across multiple sectors will be considered.

The Person…

• Events industry experience within a New Business hunting role.
• Demonstrable experience/track record performing in a new business hunter role in a solutions-based B2B environment.
• Has a network of clients in at least one market/sector and a proven track record in new business development.
• Knowledge of the Tech / Telecoms marketplace and the business models within it.
• Managing stakeholders within a range of different customers
• Has an established network of Clients/Customers/contacts at all levels within the Industry and associated markets.
• Demonstrable knowledge of the competitive landscape.
• Experience of complex sales situations and demonstratable history of Sales KPI delivery
• Experience using CRM to manage Customer data and forecast sales opportunities

Salary: £50,000 + generous commission structure
