DNA Recruit are working with a leading global data provider and they partner with some of the biggest brands, to renowned global companies to starts-ups to help design the best services available today.

As the Business Development Manager your responsibilities include:

Team Lead

• A player-manager who will generate their own opportunities within EMEA and devote approximately 20% of their time to manage the global lead qualification process.
• Manage 3 regional BDRs (US, China and Japan) to ensure productivity, processes and targets are achieved.
• Liaise with Regional Sales leaders to provide feedback and metrics to aid local performance support and management
• Diligently report on lead development metrics and individual KPIs

Lead Development EMEA

• Identify and engage with inbound marketing leads and prospects via live chat, email and phone to understand their needs. These leads will be a mixture of inbound prospects via the website (e.g. Free Trial requests /schedule a call/Further info, Live chat) campaign specific leads and events.
• Successfully generate opportunities for the EMEA Sales Team to build and sustain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Nurture leads in a consultative manner, asking questions and providing answers to understand their use case.
