DNA Recruit are working with a global project intelligence organization dedicated to helping the world's largest enterprises meet the challenges posed by a fast-moving, digital disruptive business environment, and are a market-leading virtual event platforms bring qualified senior executives from purchaser and provider communities together to find solutions to real-world business challenges.

The Business Development Executive role is primarily to ensure the effective creation and expansion of new customer accounts a well as utilising full portfolio of producers offered by the agency to their clients. As Business Development Executive you will manage all the steps of the selling process to your clients, and coordinate complex decision making in order to overcome objections to closure. Other responsibilities include:

  • Liaise with C-level executives to develop and implement effective, agency-wide strategy, maximising their value of delivered products and services to their clients.
  • Ensure delivery against KPIs and applying value selling methodology in order to be more efficient, effective and accelerating sales results.
  • Mentor SDRs feeding your sales pipeline
  • Forecasting and account planning on a monthly/quarterly basis
  • Conduct discovery meetings and delivering effective solution presentations with C-level decision makers

Is this you?
Our client is looking for an Business Development Executive who has extensive B2B experience of managing new business cycles end to end closing large deals. The Business Development Executive must have proven experience in building client relationships and knowledge of one or more sales methodologies (value selling training is preferred). They are able to demonstrate loyalty and achievement in their work history to date, self motivated, proactive and is results orientated, and a self-starter who is able to work in a busy working environment.

Salary: $65-$80K + competitive commission structure
