As a Business Designer, you will focus on preparing the business to deliver new services and to continue to optimise and enhance existing offerings. You will focus on areas such as the organisational scope, business process mapping and analysis of the commercial modelling. You will be designing a conceptual and detailed level for new services being introduced for customers, bringing customer propositions to life from a service perspective. This role is based in the UK and comes with an advantage of some travelling based on project needs.

Some of the things you would be doing:

  • Model the anticipated operational / commercial performance of the service (in the beginning and at scale).
  • Maintain consistency in the design of digital business operations in support of the overall customer experience.
  • Define and maintain the operating model for digital initiatives in the countries, including organisation design, operational business processes, key performance metrics / targets, operating locations, and technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Research team on commercial modelling where required to validate commercial ambition versus business operations cost.
  • Communicate with country stakeholders to source requirements for new business services.

Is it you?

Experience required:

  • You should have significant experience in Business Design role or similar
  • Highly proficient in business process mapping
  • Experience in business process modelling and notation
  • Experience in creating new organisational structures, and defining role profiles as a result of business transformation
  • Experience in the development of customer journeys
  • Experience in the development of service blueprints
  • Exposure to CI related projects or departments
  • Strong analytical skills
