Business Designer - CX Consultancy - UK (London / Northern Ireland) and EU (Amsterdam) - 50K - 80K + bens + bonus

DNA Recruit are working with a CX consultancy who is on a mission to reinvent the consultancy model by helping their customers to become customer centric.

As a Business Designer, you will create innovative and maintainable business models to enable creative new customer strategies. You have a passion for aspiring operation models and innovative organisational design experiences. You create customer centric business ideas with strategy and implementation at the heart of it.

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate most of the following:

• +3 years' experience of Business Design, Business Strategy, and/or helping organisations create new value and new forms of competitive advantage.
• Experience in business operating model design, analysis, and implementation.
• Experience in organisational design - structures, roles, strategic assets, governance and internal KPIs.
• Experience in successfully bringing new services and propositions to market, whether as an advisor, entrepreneur or intrapreneur.
• Experience in workshop facilitation and development of presentation materials.
• Ability to work in complex and dynamic environments within multidisciplinary design teams.
• Ability to coach and teach other designers about business / operating models.
• A high standard of professionalism, organisation, and business acumen.
• Great team communication skills, particularly when working remotely.
• Proficiency in English (creative writing level), other language proficiency is a plus.
• A master's degree in business, or demonstrable life experience.
