Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + bonus

DNA Recruit are working with an incredible Entertainment & Music events business who are looking for a highly ambitious Brand Partnerships Account Manager who believes that collaboration makes change. Our client believes the greatest impact comes from challenging the boundaries of traditional collaboration and this team is responsible for leading this through radical partnership. This role will be pivotal in breaking down barriers seeking out often new people and often unexpected people, brands, collectives and companies at the top of their game to partner and collaborate with. Whether it is corporate businesses or artistic and brand partnership, this role will deliver a range of brand partnerships across music events.

Is it you?

We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter with excellent account management skills, who is happy to jump in on all levels of project and be comfortable working across multiple projects at once. We're looking for someone who is all over new trends and culturally aware, passionate about music and all aspects of art and design. You'll also need to be adept at driving creative that cuts through the noise and engages people in a competitive field. Prior experience working in brand partnerships, from an agency, brand, or venue/festival background. Experience delivering partnerships in a festival or event setting. Strong communication skills and proven ability at maintaining strong client relationships across multiple partners. An aptitude for working under pressure and juggling multiple high priority tasks. A cool head in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment. Prioritisation and time management are key. Exceptional organisation, and a love for administration and process improvement and attention to detail. The ability and initiative to work with clients to ensure their needs are being met. The ability to work to short turnaround times, and work under pressure, with minimal supervision. Be able to self motivate and self manage
