The Associate Business Development Director will be a critical member of the agency's dynamic business development and marketing team, by working together to build and execute a plan for identifying, attracting, qualifying and securing some of the world's leading companies as their clients. The Associate Business Development Director will develop targeted outbound communications as well as research prospects and identify key issues, concerns, and opportunity areas as well as develop firm and category audits to identify opportunities, and record and report on all activity (SalesForce).

Is it you?

To join our client's business the Associate Business Development Director will have a hunter mentality, with at least 3+ years of consultative sales experience in business development within an agency or business and a passion for branding (selling branding consultation is a plus but not essential). The Associate Business Development Director will have a strong track record of opening doors, and winning deals by utilising their skills, confidence and ability of being able to communicate well with senior leaders either face to face, by email or on the phone as well their desire to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, and strategic insight and marketing skills to proposals and presentation, as well as their ability to analyse and understand business issues.

Salary: up to £85K plus pension, healthcare, 21 days leave and much more.
