DNA Recruit are working with a Management Consultancy who are based in London and Europe working to help iconic brands become customer centric, providing all standards, software, services and resources needed by customer-facing organisations to understand their customers, and deliver and effective customer experience.

Our client is looking for two Customer Success Managers to support with customer success on analytics and personalisation and it is essential that you have strong experience of the use of the Adobe tools, as you will be required to do training as well as some analysis, and the tool experience required for the role are the following:

  • Adobe Analytics
  • Adobe Campaign
  • Adobe Target

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 3 months (potential for 6 months) - Remote (UK based candidates)

Rate: £400-500/day (depending on experience) - Outside IR35
