Application System Support - Marketing - UK (remote)
Are you an experienced support specialist with strong administrative and communication skills looking for a client-facing role in an ever growing team?
The Client Services Support Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day support for current clients, working with both clients and the internal team to resolve reported issues and ensure ongoing system administration. In addition, the role involves collaborating with the Client Account Managers to document, configure, test, and implement configuration requirements for both new and existing clients.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- 3+ years of experience in a support or administrative role.
- Previous experience working on Work-flow Management Systems.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple concurrent issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in client-facing roles.
- Methodical and detail-focused with a quick learning ability.

Salary: £30,000 + 35,000 per annum + fully remote + benefits
