The Role:

A fast growing independent creative advertising agency focusing on making their clients' work cut through the digital noise, is currently looking for a new Account Manager to hit the ground running and take charge of launching one of the worlds most famous beer brands in a new territory. Mentored by the Account Director you will be working very closely with the other departments of the agency, especially having a strong collaboration with the planning and media teams. This role would suit a self-starter who isn't afraid to be hands on, push ideas through and can easily adapt to working within a fast paced creative agency.

The candidate:

The agency specialise in creating big ideas without boundaries, from TV to online communities and you will therefore need to have experience in fully integrated communications . This account will have a lot of autonomy and will demand an extremely proactive demeanour and will give the opportunity to shine and develop your skills further. You will be calm and unflappable for a client who may need reassurance and will have a good eye for detail. As Account Manager you will also be coaching and mentoring the Account Executive so experience of management would be beneficial but certainly not essential. A hunger to create tangible, positive brand behaviour to fulfil brand promises is an essential attribute of the candidate as the agency's passionate ethos of taking on big challenges will require an Account Manager with the same drive and beliefs.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

Working into two Account Directors, you will be seen as an important point of contact for the client working with planning and media as well as management and development responsibilities for the Account Executive on the account. Responsible for the general delivery for your assignments, and support the overall client team is essential for the smooth running of the account. Aiding with the financial aspects will be also another duty required of the Account Manager; this will range from internal forecasting to client budgets.

Salary : up to £35K pa
