Technical Account Manager - Saas - Remote

DNA are working with an interesting Automation company (Saas company). They provide solutions for businesses in the travel and financial services markets. For travel aggregators and metasearch they enable customers to directly buy tickets or book rooms on any airline, hotel or online travel agent. For price comparison websites, they provide the ability for their users to buy insurance, loan or utility products directly on-site or in-app. They recently opened up the Automation Cloud so developers can easily create their own APIs to automate anything.

As a Technical Account Manager you will work closely with their customers and their automation team to ensure they consistently deliver value and support customers goals.. As a TAM, you will attend client meetings/calls, gather requirements, advise on best course of action, feed that back to the Automation team and follow up all the way to successful delivery. You will be the connection between the Automation Team and the client, and assess requirements independently or with the team's support.

In addition, as a Customer Success team member you will identify opportunities to expands UBIO's remit with their customers by educating them on our product's capabilities. You will discuss customer needs with their product and engineering teams when needed to unblock technical issues or propose new solutions based on customer opportunities. You will learn how to use and discuss their tools to a good level in order to be able to advise and answer customer questions as well as submit tickets to the team.

Skills and requirements:

Account Management

  • Taking customer automation requirements
  • Creating tickets for the automation team
  • Attend regular customer meetings and status calls
  • Promote best practices with our customers

Project Management

  • Work prioritisation
  • Create and submit tickets to the Automation Team
  • Unblock tasks by bringing the right team member together to find solutions
  • Liaise with the Solution Manager on integration issues

Customer Support

  • Followup on customer support requests
  • Connect Automators to customers as needed


  • Gather data on Automations delivered so that we can identify efficiencies
