DNA Recruit are working with a leading global experiential and brand activation agency who are looking for a Senior Account Manager/Account Manager to join their team, offering the chance to work with some amazing brands across the retail, drinks and FMCG markets. They mix together the power of live brand experience, creative tech, digital content, and influencer and shopper marketing to deliver integrated campaigns with game-changing golden threads. The main responsibility of this role is to support the client team on the day-to-day project management responsibilities of their client service offering. Understanding what success looks like for clients and how best to deliver against it, protecting both client and internal ambitions. A clear understanding of Shopper and how it works within the marketing landscape, or well versed in other Integrated marketing channels so can use this as a base to build shopper skills very quickly. Leads campaign management by working directly on completing project documentation such as timing plans, status reports, contact reports, budgets, and briefing documents. Always demonstrates best practice and full attention to detail. Good understanding of brand experience and live activations, able to discuss the merits of brand activation in line with clients' brand objectives and consider brand activations as part of an integrated or stand-alone execution. Experience developing brand toolkits for clients. Previous experience working in an multi-discipline agency environment (across creative, social and BTL) a bonus but not essential. Works with an appreciation of the agency objectives, protecting business commercials, culture, and direction. An ambassador for the agency. Experience aligning multiple stakeholders and partners across various disciplines to deliver integrated projects at scale. Leads project management by working directly on or overseeing junior team members to complete project documentation such as timing plans, status reports, contact reports, budgets, and briefing documents. Always demonstrates best practice and good attention to detail. Able to define key milestones to implementing a client brief including coordinating internal and external team. Ensures deadlines are communicated and met. Able to evaluate the success of a campaign against associated objectives and relevant reporting and measurement techniques. Understands ROI to scenario plan for future client budgets. Demonstrates impressive presentation skills, ability to lead brainstorms and set the agendas for client meetings. Builds strong relationships with internal and external teams, understanding their role within the overall delivery of a campaign/project. Assumes overall accountability for campaign activation.
