Account Manager - Recruitment Tech - London

DNA is working with a world-leading recruitment marketing platform, a multi-award-winning global agency that builds employer brands but also the technology that fuels them.

They are now looking for an Account Manager to join their recruitment marketing platform team to ensure clients get the most out of trailblazing tech that combines CRM, career site and programmatic advertising for perfect recruitment campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as main point of contact for predominantly large enterprise clients on technology solutions
  • Ensure clients understand the recruitment tech platform, and align solutions with clients' business objectives
  • Understand client issues and needs, then brainstorm solutions and make training recommendations
  • Identify user metrics to understand opportunities to expand or grow adoption
  • Proactively identify issues and risks; know when to escalate issues and when to work through them

Is this you?

You'll have tech platform experience, ideally recruitment CRM and / or ATS-focused, developed at a tech provider, recruitment-focused agency or RPO. You'll also ideally have an understanding of recruitment communications.

Other skills required:

  • Prior experience in Customer Success or similar account management role with a focus on increasing satisfaction and adoption
  • Ideally experience using recruitment technology, including CRM or ATS systems
  • Strong verbal, written, organisational, presentation, and communications skills
  • Strong technical, analytic, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong team player but self-starter
  • Project management experience and skills

£35k-£50k dependant on experience + benefits
