A global networked agency who create effective, clever, award-winning customer experiences for their clients are hiring a New Account Manager to join their ranks.

This is a unique opportunity for someone currently working at Account Manager level who would like to be trained on TVC / Clearcast

As an Account Manager key responsibilities;

Client Management; playing a key role within the wider client team, you will be one of the key day to day client contacts. You will be responsible for driving delivery of multiple workstreams, managing the client at all times and always managing and exceeding client expectations. You'll grow and develop strong client relationships, with a reputation for being a safe pair of hands and a buttoned-down individual with strong attention to detail.

Project Management; the role will focus on delivery against the agency's annual account development plan for this client, and delivery of a range of creative campaigns and projects, spanning strategy, concept and production. You will be responsible for the management and execution of various work streams across multiple channels, as well as supporting the wider internal team and running account 101. You will work on anything and everything from supporting across and delivering strategically led projects, producing film content, to managing shoots, to supporting and executing global brand and tactical activity

Is it you?

  • Understanding and competence in account management 101, from Client brief to delivery, including status documentation, contact reports, budgets, estimates and timing plans
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to plate spin - working across multiple projects as well as managing additional day-to-day responsibilities, e,g, pulling in people with the appropriate skills and resource from across the agency when required
  • Strong communication skills
  • integrated campaign experience including content
  • ideally you will have previously worked on a retail client(s)
