Account Manager - Experiential Agency - London

DNA Recruit are working with an award winning experiential agency who create brand and retail experiences for globally renowned brands.

Reporting to the Account Director, the Account Manager must be fastidiously organised and a creative individual who loves making things happen and enjoy working across a range of exciting brands and projects.


  • Manage the end-to-end running of small to mid sized projects with the help and support from an Account Director as well as supporting the Account Director on larger scale projects ensuring nothing gets missed and the project is delivered seamlessly.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and working with a myriad of suppliers and team members to deliver projects in full, on budget and on time.
  • Managing, coordinating and communicating with key clients.
  • Liaising with and building relationships with multiple clients and external agencies.
  • Managing budget trackers and negotiating where appropriate. Raising PO's, invoicing, expenses, account reconciliation.
  • Engaging with client briefs to develop best in class creative responses, working closely with and briefing the in house design team, creating new concepts, image sourcing and creative development.
  • Being a calm head and being able to step back and identify the solutions.
  • Writing production briefs for the in house team, tendering to suppliers, ensuring quality and timelines and developing creative for production.
  • Delivering brand training and managing on site teams.
  • Keeping the team up to date on developments in the clients industry, trends, competitors and innovations that could inspire internal teams and clients.

Is this you?

You must have a track record (min 4 years) of working with a brand experience, integrated marketing retail or events projects and the ability to clearly structure and develop ideas, thought processes and presentations. You must have excellent time management, organisational skills and attention to detail and bring energy and are culturally engaged, intrigued by people and super inquisitive. You have a strong commercial and numeracy skills with a sound knowledge of Excel.

Salary: £40K DOE + Benefits
