DNA Recruit are working with an independent creative agency who believe in purposeful brand experiences which will change consumer and shopper behaviour and have been doing so since the early 90s.

With an agency who specialise in creating big ideas for their clients across all channels, the successful Account Manager must have proven shopper agency experience, together with drive and passion as they will be working for one of the agency's biggest clients to create tangible, positive brand experiences to fulfil brand promises. Main responsibilities include:

  • Managing the day to day of a global FMCG client, supporting in the continued growth of account
  • Overseeing the delivery of Campaigns from concept to completion
  • Working collaboratively with the wider agency teams to deliver large projects, across Shopper, Experiential and other channels where necessary.

Is it you?

As Account Manager you will also be coaching and mentoring the Account Executive so experience of management would be beneficial but certainly not essential. You will also have the opportunity to work across other channels within the agency, including experiential. You will be a positive and clear communicator for clients and will have an exceptional eye for detail. Due to the autonomy of this account this will enable the successful Account Manager to shine and develop their skills further, with continued guidance and development prospects within the agency. Other skills and experience include:

  • Understanding and competence in account management, from Client brief to delivery, including status documentation, contact reports, budgets, estimates and timing plans
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Project Management experience- working across multiple projects as well as managing additional day-to-day responsibilities
  • Not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
  • Strong communication skills with a positive, 'can-do' attitude
  • You take pride in all your work and always looking ahead
  • ideally you will have previously within FMCG or drinks industry, but this is not essential

Salary - up to £32K dependent on experience.
