Account Manager - B2B Events - London/Hybrid
Salary: £35k plus benefits
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our reputable Events venue. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients in the events sector. This position requires excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills. The Account Manager will be responsible for identifying potential leads, establishing, and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing assistance and advice to clients regarding event planning.

DNA Recruit is working with a highly reputable Events Venue which seeks to employ an experienced Account Manager to join their London-based team to manage exhibition organising companies/events.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage and develop relationships with clients in the events sector. Identify potential leads and create relationships with prospective customers. Provide assistance and advice to clients regarding event planning. Work closely with clients to ensure their requirements are met. Liaise with internal teams to ensure all events are successfully planned and executed. Monitor and analyse customer feedback to identify areas of improvement. Stay up to date with industry trends and developments. Undertake administrative tasks as required. Proven experience in account management within the events sector. The Person…
The ideal person will need to have 2 - 3 years' experience in Account Management.
