Account Manager - B2B Events - London/Hybrid
Salary: £45k plus 50% Commission

DNA Recruit are working with a highly reputable B2B Event Organizer who specialise in leading Global conferences and exhibitions, bringing the 'WOW' factor for their world class services and shows. The organisation is now looking to hire an experienced Account Manager to manage relationships and grow revenue on a highly consultative level, dealing with top tier clients such as Government officials, Risk Management, Financial Services and the likes, upselling VIP packages, sponsorship and digital solutions for these exclusive events.
Main Responsibilities:
Take the lead in developing and implementing an effective delegate and sponsorship sales strategy, dealing with senior stakeholders and C-suites of blue-chip companies.
Attend events in order to re-book customers for the next years event and collect feedback on the current years events. Generating £1ml + in sales from your first year, with a high percentage of these being achieved from retained business.
Have comfort around high-level financial analysis and an understanding of the key operational and commercial drivers.
The Person…
Our client is looking for a driven, passionate and tenacious Account Manager who is looking to elevate their career within this niche market, and rub shoulders with some of the world's most influential individuals
Proven experience managing and selling to VIP and C-suite clients on a Consultative level, with a proven track record of sales success.
A good, top-level, understanding of how financial analysis reporting works, and the commercial aspects. Knowledge of the African and international markets would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
