This creative agency specialises in finding, influencing and selling to affluent consumers. They plan, create and develop integrated campaigns across all consumer channels leveraging all the available tools to marketers in the world today
They apply a data and insight driven approach to all their work, for big name clients. They have a shared mission to bring the most engaging, compelling and relevant creativity into the world.

This creative agency are now looking for another energetic and self-motivated creative thinker to join the team. To be an open-minded Account Executive to help develop brand and communications content that are not tied to channels or tradition. The Account Executive is an integral part the agency, not a role that sits in isolation. Working collaboratively with all disciplines in the agency, the role will be as varied and unexpected as any. You will be joining a multi-disciplinary team, led by two joint Head of Account Management, and be responsible for championing creativity for our clients as part of a collaborative team. The role An endless energy for understanding everything about our customers (current and future), client, their business, the industry in which they exist and culture in general.

Key principals for the role of the Account Executive, ensuring these happen will lead to remarkable output commercially and raise the bar in terms of quality.

  • Building honest relationships and a good rapport with clients
  • Basic administrative aspects of the account. Taking specific responsibility for raising, obtaining and recording all job numbers, POs and estimates
  • Developing a thorough understanding of the agency's financial process
  • Offering opinions and being articulate about the work
  • Delivering work on time and to a high standard, with an excellent eye for detail and a reputation for reliability
  • Keeping close to the creative teams on briefs, keeping them supplied with any brand or market information that helps the process
  • Proactively keeping abreast of the latest and best in creativity and competitor work and sharing this with the team, the wider agency and client
  • Appreciating innovative thinking, looking to discuss and understand strategic documents
  • Demonstrating a basic understanding of the client business
  • Starting to develop persuasive and personalised presentation skills
  • Managing internal and external expectations wherever necessary
  • Demonstrating enthusiasm, energy and a 'can do' attitude

Additional Responsibilities, Committing to, leading and participating in company cultural initiatives. Helping establish a working environment that is welcoming and industry defining. Always ensuring that you prioritise based on the changing needs of our clients and the industry. Learning and adhering to all agency policies, procedures and conduct at all times (including helping to establish them where required). Being reliable and punctual in attendance. Willing to learn new ideas and develop new skills through ongoing training/education. Maintaining a clean and professional image at all times.

Is it you?

  • 6 months - 12 months' work experience or internships
  • Proficiency of MS office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong numeric and written skills
  • Experience of Mac operating system (preferable)
  • Fluent in German
  • Driving license

Salary: £25k -£28k
