Account Director - Production Agency - London

Fast growing Production Agency looking to grow across the UK and abroad are looking for a hunter Account Director, with a min 5-7 years'experience within agency or client environment, receiving briefs, creating proposals & executing campaigns to join their team ASAP. Read on to find out more.

DNA are excited to be working with a very niche Production Agency agency who have led the revival of the style of art and marketing in the UK, and offering seamless, industry leading interface between their clients' brand and the agency's constantly expanding network of fine artists and sign writers for some of the largest brands in the world. Because of the Agency's vibrant entrepreneurial culture, their small core team members are expected to be proactive and flexible collaborators, and they have big plans for grow both in the UK and abroad.

The Business Development Account Director will be the first port-of-call for inbound new business enquiries, which must be quickly validated into leads and seek to convert where appropriate. Further responsibilities of the Business Development Account Director will be:

  • meet clients and potential clients face to face to strengthen existing client relationships as well as building new ones, and where appropriate attend events.
  • lead and manage new business communications with client and responding to requests for tailored credentials, availabilities and case studies, and partnering, liaising with the wider team.
  • making sure that campaign artworks are appropriate and produceable, and that any possible concerns are addressed in senior client meetings with the proper gravity that inspires confidence and goes above and beyond expectations.
  • running and building the companies social media output as a new business and relationship driving tool.


Is it you?

As Account Director you must have a min of 5 years experience within an agency or client environment, receiving briefs, creative proposals and executing campaigns with a proven ability to establish and grow new client relationships that deliver revenue, who is a self motivated hunter that loves what they do and are results focused. Other skills include:

  • capable of finalising presentation materials in Keynote and PPT - Mac based
  • excellent presentation and communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • senior experience and gravitas working with high calibre household name brands
  • marketing experience ideally in a production based environment and able to multi-task and manage multiple briefs.
  • knowledge of working with partners, suppliers and other third parties
  • a network of potential customers already in place would be beneficial

Salary: £40K - £60K (DOE) + performance related bonus (15-30% of basic)

The role offers flexible working. 2-3 days based in the office
