An entrepreneurial Account Director looking to make their mark is required to join a fearlessly independent award winning integrated agency.
The Agency have ambitions to dominate the B2B agency landscape by offering something entirely new to their financial services clients, fuelled by technology and the potential of big data they continue to pick up awards and grow YOY.
As an Account Director you will be a business lead on a high-profile financial services client. The client is a huge! owning subsidiary companies across financial services, insurance and retail. The scope of work is broad across B2B / B2C, highly creative and strategic. The account is completely integrated from developing a brand identity to a loyalty scheme and everything in between with lots of digital work.
Creative and strategy go hand in hand across the agency, your role as an AD will be varied from working with strategic insight teams on comms planning to liaising with the creative dept on idea generation.
The account handling team is 10 people strong with a reporting line into a Client Services Director. As an AD you will have line management responsibility of a mid-weight team and full financial responsibility on the account.
Is it you?
The successful AD with come from a reputable agency with a strong integrated background /digital, TTL and loyalty experience.
You will have previous experience working on a FS client or similar sectors like insurance or professional services etc
B2B experience would be ideal
This is a heavyweight AD role, working on a demanding financial services client with endless opportunity to push fantastic creative work that drives real commercial value for the client and agency. Wall flowers need not apply.
Experience managing effective large-scale projects end to end
The ability to understand a client's business, providing expert advice is key. Along with managing budgets of £2mill +
