DNA Recruit are working with an integrated communications agency who provide very senior strategic planning for clients, customer journey mapping and help their clients to envision their future business, beyond just communications by challenging and disrupting the categories they operate in. The Agency works with a broad spectrum of clients from FMCG, retail, mobile and many more iconic brands.

The Account Director is the engine of their accounts and the agency, and who ensure it runs as smoothly and effectively and efficiently as possible. The Account Director will be responsible for preparing inspiring creative briefings and client presentations, which they will present confidently and passionately when required. The Account Director will be responsible for the day-to-day financials of the accounts, for structuring project and retainer fee proposals, overseeing estimates and managing and tracking resources, and constantly aware of the overall profitability of their piece of business, and always looking for new opportunities to bring in additional revenue to the business. The Account Director will be responsible for maintaining great relationships with clients at a mid to senior level and are a born multi-tasker with the ability to spin many plates at a time whilst displaying their charm and calmness to the team and client's teams.

Is This you?

The Account Director must be a self-starter, who does not fear change or movement and is happy to suggest ways of doing things differently, have excellent communications skills both with their team and clients, and who is happy to take the initiative and thrive on the entrepreneurial opportunities which present themselves.

Salary: £55K
